WHY DEI IS RACIST | AND WHY YOU ARE RACIST TOO FOR SUPPORTING IT
"Why is it fair that an Asian person who does better than a black person on a test doesn't get in just because they're Asian?
You're black, I'm white... What can I do that you can't do?
If you had a business, would you want someone there who's skin color is like yours or someone who's going to do a good job?
DEI tells you, because you're black, you come and get the job over someone else just because you're black. That is racist."
You can't give someone an opportunity without taking away an opportunity from someone else. And when we decide that opportunities should be given to people based on skin color, you inevitably take a job opportunity away from someone else who worked harder to gain those skills.
Do you want a pilot flying your plane because she shares the same gender and skin-color as you but maybe scored lower on a test. Or would you prefer to know that the person flying your plane actually earned the job by being the most experienced and knowledgable person who applied for that job?
Let me rephrase this... would you want me flying your airplane just because the industry decides we need to hire more people who like punk rock music to be pilots. Or would you prefer to have someone flying your plane who cares more about flying planes than they care about rock music?
As awesome as it sounds to have Travis Barker flying a plane for us, the situation is entirely unrealistic, and would actually be incredibly dangerous for everyone involved.
These people don't actually care about fairness at all. They just want to be the arbiters of "fairness."
Stop letting these people get away with it.

"She couldn’t defend the racist policy. She just wanted to get hired over others to benefit herself which is understandable, but you can’t deny the discrimination."
"It creates division... Especially when I'm working harder than the DEI next to me and we're making the same wage....."
"I think she thinks racism only affects black people, if it's the other way around it's not racism"
"Most definitely DIVISION!!! IT IS ALSO CREATING/CAUSING MEDIOCRITY IN SERVICES AND PRODUCTS!!!"
"It's racist because it is discriminatory against white people and straight people.
People like this think it's okay because they think retroactive justice should be pushed on people that had nothing to do with those past mistakes that's why they think that discrimination against white people and straight people is okay. They see it as evening out even though that's not the case at all they just want an edge on people because they believe their skin color gives them a disadvantage.
In reality yes discrimination can happen but it's not the case most of the time and is a product of some people of color being told the white man is here to keep them down and it builds contempt paranoia and hate."
"It creates division, explicitly.
When I was in the Army, the females had lower thresholds for their PT scores, which directly affected how promotable a soldier is. That means a female who walked their 2 mile "run" in 20 minutes, would score higher than a dude who ran it in 14 minutes. There were programs that specifically helped minorities and females to get promoted faster.
I came back from deployment after spending a year in Afghanistan (working with psy ops as a Scout), and they put me IN A TEAM under a black female of the same rank with no combat experience at all. She also could not wear her cover properly because of her hair. When that happened, I said "I'm not risking my life anymore for this BS."
I laughed in the retention NCOs face when he asked me if I wanted to extend my contract."
"I'm so sick of people being willfully and intentionally ignorant of this issue. It could not be more simple. Merit wins over race."
"People want to stay in this victim mindset so bad because it gives them an easy out"
