The racist girl's argument is that people who come from a disadvantage should get bonus points due to the fact that they came from a disadvantage. But this is a flawed argument.
So let's say she works hard and acheives her goals so that her children can have the opportunities that she didn't have. And her grandkids get to grow up in a better environment than she did. Well now her kids and grandkids are going to come from a position of privelidge, no longer a "disadvantage."
Is it not fair for her to expect that her kids and grandkids should be able to enjoy that advantage she created for them? I'm sure you are probably thinking, yes, she should. 🤔
So why should that be any different from my grandparents and greatgrandparents who worked hard to build a better life for myself and my parents in the generations before?
My ancestors literally fled religious persecution and fought a fucking war against our own British Crown rulers in order to acheive the American independence that this girl and myself both enjoy today. So why does this girl and thousands of others just like her suddenly feel entitled to demonize your and my ancestors?
If you ask her if your or my kids and grandkids should be given bonus points because they are going to be coming from a disadvantage that her generation/race created for my/our generation/race, I'm sure she will suddenly complain and see it for the complete bullshit that this argument actually is.
And if we want to turn this in to an argument about victimhood, my Native American ancestors were "victimized by America" long before her ancestors were. And my Irish ancestors were also "victimized by America" in the form of slavery and "Irish need not apply" signs barring us from employment. So this argument falls apart on the victimhood front too.
And who the fuck are they to tell me that my experience has been better than theirs? Because it sure as fuck hasn't. My experience has mostly been a complete shit-show.
These people don't actually care about equality. They just want to be the arbiters of "equality."
And they are being manipulated by people who merely want to manipulate their anger into destroying this country in a way that all of us will suffer, not just the people they are told to hate.
