- Former Californian here. I was getting mail-in voter ballots 2 YEARS after I moved out of the state. They mailed the ballots to my new, out-of-state address. And yes - there is a ridiculous amount of voter fraud in CA. And it's in your face kind of fraud. Orange County went from super red to all blue in 2020. That's literally impossible.
