This would have never happened if she had just gotten out of the car... and it would have never happened if she hadn't just tried to block the police in the first place.

I agree with Tim Pool's take, that this woman may not have been "intending" to kill the officer, and may have indeed been primarily trying to flee...

BUT you can indeed see the wheels spinning on the icy road while pointed directly at the officer before she turns to flee. AND you can indeed see the officer's feet slide back as the vehicle impacts him. AND she was also antagonistic enough to try and prevent officers from doing their jobs to begin with.

So even if we give the woman the benefit of doubt and assume she wasn't intending to hurt the officer, she still put him in a position to feel as if his life was in danger. He was the one who could hear the engine rev as the vehicle was pointed at him and actively pushing him backwards... not you. 

And her track record of harassing officers doesn't look good for her narrative.
