WHY TODAY'S KIDS ARE COOKED | THEY CAN'T READ AND ITS ENTIRELY YOUR FAULT, KAREN

I dated a woman who put her son in front of a tablet or Xbox while she ran out to the club all night. She couldn't even wait until it was their dad's weekend to have them. She would just straight up sit her son in front of a tablet, run off to the Los Angeles nightclubs until 4AM, and then consider herself a primary candidate for "Mother of the Year." Her son was in middle-school and still couldn't even fucking read. The poor kid was neglected.  Both of her children from her past relationship were in special needs classes because they were not stimulated or educated at home. What the fuck did you think was going to happen when you put a device aimed at adults (a computer) in front a child with unrestricted and unregulated access. You only have yourself to blame for your own piss-poor parenting skills, or lack-thereof. Child neglect. Google it. Meanwhile, I was reading Michael Crichton books when I was in jr high. My sister taught me how to read before I even start...

"PUNK ROCK N' ROLL" PLAYLIST - POP PUNK RADIO SHOW: EPISODE 18 (PPRS-0018)

SUBSCRIBE TO THE POP PUNK RADIO YOUTUBE CHANNEL TO HELP US GROW

Episode 18 is our first installment of our Punk Rock N' Roll playlist. A specially curated collection of straightforward punk and rock n' roll!

Bands and artists featured in this playlist include:

Amyl and The Sniffers, The Nailheads, The Chats, Viagra Boys, July Crowd, Chaser, End of Pipe, Worthwhile, Hi-Standard, Hi-Standard, Dan & The Gummy Hunters, C@bin M8s, Tank Shot, Neckscars, Vinyl Flooring Music, Divided Heaven, Desert States

Amyl & The Sniffers from Australia have a new album (Comfort To Me) coming out September 10, 2021. Pre-order your copy on vinyl before it's sold out! (https://www.amylandthesniffers.com/)

The Nailheads recently released their new album Live To See Tomorrow on July 2nd! Check out their music video for "Kill Or Be Killed" in this week's playlist. We also had the pleasure of making a song visualizer for their title track "Live To See Tomorrow" as well as a teaser for the album! Check out the video and if your band could use a similar visualizer, hit us up!

We are offering to make a few visualizers for FREE while we refine our craft. We're also willing to throw a short 20-30 second teaser up on our YouTube channel to help your music get some extra exposure (if you choose). Any copyright claims / adsense revenue for video views would go directly to the copyright owner, not us!

If you feel awkward asking us directly, just send us a message with a song attached and say 'hey PPR, check out my song!" If I receive a message with a song that has no form of YouTube video, I just might offer to make one for you. Keep in mind this would be just a visualizer and not an actual music video, although you'd be free to use it however you want. Dance in front of a green screen and use our video as the backdrop if you want, go nuts. I might even be able to make something with a funky background instead of the album art.

PS... we really want to help out those who reach out to us directly, as it shows interest in what we are doing and we want to reward those who follow our content first and foremost before we open up offers to paying clients. Help us help you by sending us a message! The best way to reach us is to either send us a DM through Instagram, comment on one of our YouTube videos, or email us.

Streaming services are dominated by major content producers and it can seem difficult trying to break in to the market as a small producer, so please make sure to support the creators if you enjoy their art. Like, Subscribe, and interact with their content. We want to encourage new musicians to develop because not everyone writes a banger right from the start. A little encouragement can go a long way to inspiring someone to write a future hit! Support the arts that you enjoy!

I also want to thank YOU, the listener, for checking us out and showing support. We are happy with the direction our little playlist program has been developing and it's all thanks to those of you who check us out every week and interact in our little community. Some of you have reached out to tell us about your own music, some of you have made awesome recommendations of other bands to include in our playlists, and some of you simply tune in just to listen and discover new artists. Each and every single one of you is important to what we are trying to build at Pop Punk Radio.

Thank you so much for checking us out! We hope to continue growing a supportive musical community together. Cheers! 🤘
